摘要
高校的数字图书馆建设取得了初步成果,在总体上处于国内领先水平,在改革开放和市场经济环境中,高校应该加强宏观调控和共建共享,完善多元化、开放性、可持续的投资体制,创新技术机制,建设高素质、复合型的队伍,加强用户培训,大力开发有特色的信息资源。
The article summarizes the current status of the academic digital library development in China. It makes suggestions on administrative policy formulation as well as cooperation and resource sharing among the universities, and discusses the issues related toinvestment, technology, staffing, user training and featured library resource development of digital library.
