摘要
文章阐述了的基本概念、的分析方法,以实际算例说明了原油输送泵站加热炉效率、损失的计算方法,给出了泵站主要设备效率和损失的计算格式。文末,笔者提出了提高泵站效率的改进措施及彻底改变目前泵站能源利用方式的建议。
The paper sets forth the basic concept of exergy and the analyzing method of exergy, and explains the calculating method of exergy efficiency and exergy loss for heaters of crude oil pump station based on practical example of calculation. It puts forward the calculating formula of exergy efficiency and exergy loss for main units of pump station. At the end of article, author has taken the improving measures for enhancing exergy efficiency of pump station and has made the suggestions on totally changing the present way of energy utilization at pump station.
