摘要
国企职工道德水平的提高为意识形态的巩固和经济的积累起到了推动作用。在建立社会主义市场经济体制过程中 ,国企职工的价值选择和道德取向出现了差异和矛盾。必须重视提升国企职工道德水平 。
The improvement of ethics of employees in state enterprises impells ideological consolidation and economic accumulation. In the course of building the socialist market economy, the value and moral orientation of employees in state enterprises shows differences and contradiction. We must pay special attention to the moral level of employees in state enterprises, and seek economy and policy support in order to improve the moral level of employees in state enterprises.
