摘要
社会团体在现代生活中发挥着越来越广泛的作用,不容忽视。然而,当前我国的社团还处在起步阶段,在社会结构转型这一背景之下,存在着诸多不规范的现象。从依法治国、建立法治国家的战略思想出发,把社团的发展纳入法治的轨道,是推动其健康发展的必然要求。
Mass organizations are not to be ignored, for they are playing an increasingly important role in modern society. However, as mass organizations in our country are just at the beginning stage of development and our social structure is being transformed, there exist such uncertain and abnormal phenomena as chaos, disorder and derailment. Guided by the strategy of the rule of the country by law and of the establishment of a nation governed by law, we must channel the development of mass organizations in our country into the enforcement of law, which is indispensable to the promotion of their wholesome expansion.
