摘要
本文旨在探讨高科技中小企业发展的基础条件 ,并说明高科技中小企业的发展与风险投资的关系。文章首先分析风险投资对发展高科技中小企业的作用 。
The aim of this academic thesis is to approach the basic require ments of the developmentOf medium,small-scale businesses, and explain the relationship between the development of medium,small-scale businesses and risk investment,First,this thesis analyses the effect that risk investment has on the businesses with top technique of developing medium, small-scale busindsses and then point out the choices of models of risk Investment and some probiems that should be pnid attention to when developing risk investment in China.
