摘要
市场经济是需求导向型经济,消费需求是推进经济增长的原动力。当前内外制约因素共同作用,使消费倾向下降。立足于消费结构转型期的出发点,以创造需求、可持续消费和提高消费率为指导观念,调整优化消费政策是当前宏观调控的重大任务。
The market-oriented economy is actually guided by the demand. The demand of consumption is the motive force of the economic development. The level of consumption comes down at present because of the interaction of the restrictive factors from both within and without. Therefore, the most important task concerning the macro-economic regulation is to revise and optimize the policy of consumption, which will ensure the sustained needs and increase the consumption level on the basis of changes in consumption patterns.
