摘要
人的基本心理素质分为两大类 :智力因素与非智力因素。人的成才是一个智力因素与非智力因素相互影响 ,而又以非智力因素起决定作用的过程。智力因素依靠教育来开发 ;非智力因素依靠教育来培养。
Human mental quality is divided into two basic categories: intelligence factors and non intelligence factors. Intelligence factors interact with non intelligence factors, which make a general person to become a useful person. In my opinion, first, non intelligence factors are more important in the processes of a general person becoming a useful person. Second, the intelligence factors need to be exploited by education. Third, the non intelligence factors need to be fostered by education.
