摘要
德育的根本目的就是教受教育者学会做人。德育应遵循的基本原则一是以行为为主 ,行为与认识统一 ;二是以身教为主 ,身教与言教相结合。要使德育落到实处 ,教育者要自觉地倡导主体论 ,反对客体论 ;倡导内化论 ,反对灌输论 ;倡导独立论 ,反对顺从论。同时 ,教育者要学会运用练习、锻炼、自省。
The essential objective of moral education is to instruct studerts to learn to be an upright person.The genaral principle for moral education to adhere to are as follows.One is relying mainly on behaviour ,with unity of behaviour and knowledge.Another is influencing students chiefly by setting example,with joint application of exemplary behaviour and doctrinn instruction.To implement the moral education,the educator should advocate the conception of subject whereas object to that of object;he should be for the theory of students' transforming social moral and against that of implanting;he should also embrace initiative of students'moral study and dscard the idea of making them submissive.On the other hand,the educator should learn to apply methods of exercise,hands-on practice,introspection and reflection on one's behaviour when staying alone.
