摘要
对物理化学实验“旋光法测定蔗糖转化反应的速率常数”的一种偏差的分析与处理。
The deviation and it's related influential effects in the experiment of the determination of the rate constant of sucrose conversion reaction by saccharimetry are discussed. The correcting method is given.
