摘要
对液化石油气(LPG)在摩托车发动机上的应用进行了初步的研究,利用LPG电控喷射系统控制燃料供给系统,通过对空燃比控制特性及其影响因素的研究,提出并验证了以LPG喷射压力和蒸发温度为调整参数,占空比为主控参数的最佳控制方案,为进一步合理利用LPG,进行LPG电控喷射系统与发动机的有效配匹,实现智能管理,提供了依据.
The basic research was made on the application of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to motorcycle engine. The experimental system adopted electronic control system of LPG injection to control fuel-feeding system. Through the study on the control characteristics of air fuel ratio and its influence factors, the authors put forward and verified the optimal control scheme with LPG injection pressure and evaporation temperature as the adjusting parameters and duty ratio as the master-control parameter. Thus they provided the reasonable basis for scientifically utilizing LPG and implementing the effective matching between electronic control injection system and engine so as to realize intelligent control.
