摘要
本文研究了以分子筛为脱水剂精制DMF的工艺条件,结果表明:能将含水量0.1～0.3％DMF一次脱水达到含水量0.03％以下,解决了我国DMF水份超标的难题。本工艺设备简单、再生条件温和,操作费用低、成本低。分子筛可使用1000次上。
This paper studies the tcchnological conditions for DMF refitting by molecular sieve as dehydrant, The result shows that 0. 1 % ~ 0.3% Water content in DMF is lowed to less than 0.03% one time, The diffcult problem of the water content in DMF disagree-ment with national standard has been solved. The advantages of this methcxl are simple product units, mild regeneration Conditions, low operation cost and low production cost. The molecular sieve can re- used over more than 1000 times.
