摘要
文章采用共沉淀法制备了基片和磁膜所需的两种纳米型复相粉体 ,对陶瓷基磁盘基片的生产工艺进行了研究。结果表明 :ZrO2 ,Y2 O3增韧渗MgO ,Al2 O3纳米型复相陶瓷材料具有特殊的性能 。
Two type of nanometer multiphase powders were synthesized by coprecipitation method,and studied the manufacting art of the ceramic hard disk plate?The results indicated that the nanometer α Al 2O 3 multi phase ceramics,which reinforced by ZrO 2,Y 2O 3 and MgO,had aspecific property,and was a good materials which was made the computer hard disk plate?
