介绍了胶球清洗装置在汽轮发电机组中的应用效果。安装胶球清洗装置可对气轮机凝气器进行不停机自动清扫,全年可多发电37.8万kW·h,用于凝气器铜管清扫的剥离药剂全年节省50％。
Application effects of rubber ball washing device in steam turbine generating sets are introduced. The device can conduct automatic cleaning to condensers in steam turbine generating sets without shutdown. The power output can be increased by 378 MW·h and the remover used in cleaning condenser copper pipes can be saved by 50% .
