摘要
目的:总结口腔颌面部恶性淋巴瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗效果。方法:采取手术、化疗、放疗等方法治疗23例患者。跟踪随访。结果:死亡3例,失诊3例,存活17例(10年以上2例,5～10年4例,3～4年3例,1～2年5例,不足一年3例)。结论:早期明确恶性淋巴瘤的诊断并早期治疗效果较好,综合治疗对恶性淋巴瘤近期疗效满意。
Objective: To investigate the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and clinical effect of treatment of malignant lymphoma in oral and maxillofacial region. Methods: 23 cases of malignant lymphoma in oral and maxillofacial were treated by operation, chemotherapy or radiotherapy.Results: Among 20 cases followed-up,3 died 17 survived.The survival time was respectively:past 10 years (2 cases) ,5 - 10 years (4 cases) ,3-4 years (3 cases), 1 ~ 2 years (5 cases) and less than a year (3 cases). Conclusion: Early diagnoses and treatment can get a well effect. The recently clinical effect of combination treatment is satisfactory.
