摘要
对加氢裂化装置增产柴油问题进行了探讨 ,认为对于新建加氢裂化装置 ,通过工艺流程优化和催化剂选择 ,可以生产收率高达 80 %以上的柴油产品 ;对于现有加氢裂化装置 ,通过选用多产柴油的催化剂、调整循环油切割点、调整产品切割方案和优化装置操作条件等 ,也可以大幅度提高柴油产率。
The hydrocracking technologies for diesel production were discussed.It was believed that diesel fuel with a yield higher than 80% was obtained by the process and catalyst choice for grass-root hydrocrackers.For existing hydrocrackers,diesel fuel production could also be greatly improved by careful choice of catalyst,changing recycle cut point,adjusting product cut slat,optimizing unit operation conditions and so on.
