摘要
通过建立合理的碳酸二甲酯 (简称DMC)羰基化合成呋喃唑酮工艺流程 ,研究了羰基化剂、催化剂、反应配比、催化剂用量、反应时间及反应蒸馏等对过程的影响 ,从而得到了较优的羰基化合成反应条件。研究结果表明 :DMC羰基化合成呋喃唑酮路线可行 ,在最优反应条件下 ,收率达 82 %。
By establishing the reasonable process for synthetising furazolidone with the carbonylation of DMC,many effect factors such as carbonylation agent,catalyst and its yield,reaction ratio,reaction time and reaction distillation etc on the carbonylation reaction were investigated.Based on these researches,the optimal process conditions were determined.
