摘要
目的 :通过牙颌畸形儿童与正常儿童社会心理因素的对比研究 ,探讨引导患儿克服心理障碍的有效途径。方法 :选择牙颌畸形儿童与正常儿童各 10 0例 ,以主题统觉测试法 ,分析牙颌畸形儿童的人格特征及基本人格趋向。结果 :牙颌畸形患儿 ,最后成功的结局只有 2 7% ,而正常儿童编讲故事中主人公经过努力最后成功结局占 80 %。结论 :牙颌畸形对患儿的个性心理发展有一定的影响。
Objective: to study the effective way to conduct malocclusion children to overcome psychological obstacles through comparative study of social-psychological factors of dental-occlusal deformity children and normal children. Methods: 100 nomal and 100 malocclusion children were selected to be tested by thematic apperception method; analyzing malocclusion children's personality features and basic personality inclination. Results: successful results of malocclusion children was only 27% as comparared of 80% in normal children. Conclusion: malocclusion has effects on children's development of personality.
