摘要
在圆盘造球机上使用带凹凸纹的含油尼龙衬板 ,可以兼收料衬衬板和陶瓷衬板的优点 ,提高造球盘产量、生球强度及衬板使用寿命 ,降低电耗。
The application of the oil- bearing nelon liner with concave-convex pattern in disc pelletizer,not only the advantages of the material lining liner and the ceramic liner are all possessed,but their disadvantages were also overcame.As a result,the output of disc pelletizer was increased,the green pellet strength was improved, the lift-time of liner was extened and the power consumption was decreased.
