摘要
针对纸浆漂白过程中 p H值质量指标测试存在的不足 ,基于机理与 PCA实现了辅助变量精选 ;采用 RBFN建立了软测量模型。仿真实验显示 :该软测量方案实用、可靠 ,在精度、实时性方面结果令人满意。
The paper is about soft measurement of pH in pulp bleaching process. It contains choiceness of auxiliary variables based on working principium of pulp bleaching process and PCA, building up RBFN model for soft measurement, etc. Results of simulation show that the way is effective, reliable and satisfy in accuracy and property of real time.
