摘要
传统的炼钢生产中多采用沸腾钢模铸工艺生产碳素焊条钢。随着连续铸钢工艺的普及,由于沸腾钢钢水的化学成分及凝固特点,使连铸生产沸腾钢存在一定困难。本试验采用以铝锰铁合金为主,辅以硅钙合金对转炉冶炼的碳素焊条钢钢水脱氧,使钢水达到准沸腾的平衡状态,实现了碳素焊条钢的连铸生产,成功开发了H08(A、E)碳素焊条钢。
The carbon electrode steel is made in the process of boiling-steel die-casting in moot of the traditional making-steel. However with the extensively spreading of concast steel process, there exists some difficulty in concast-making boiling-steel due to the chemical composition and solidifying characteristic. This test aims to make molten steel to the balance state of quasi-boiling by relying mainly on the allumium-manganese-iron alloy while taking silicon-calcium alloy subsidiary to deoxidating the molten carbon electrode steel in converter, so as to realize the continuous production and successfully develop the H08(A. E) carbon electrode steel.
