摘要
催化转换器的封装技术直接影响到其使用寿命。对堇青石催化器载体进行封装设计,确定目标间隙,封装方法和部件公差。考虑累积误差对衬垫密度的影响,采用分组互换法控制壳体与载体间的挤压间隙和膨胀衬垫的膨胀挤压力。从而保证催化器的封装质量和使用寿命。
The automotive converter packaging and manufacture technology directly influences his service life,we can make packaging design converters,ensure target gap and canning method and component tolerance. .Considering the effect of tolerance stack-up on mat density,we adopt divide into groups interchange method to control gaps betwdeen can and substrate,and intumescent mat pressure.So we can ensure designed ceramic converters'durability and performance properly.
