摘要
利用有限单元法,在多处建立接触单元,对双剪梁型称重传感器弹性体及其关联部件进行了分析,建立了弹性体及其关联部件的既简化又符合实际的有限元模型;研究了弹性体的结构参数、载荷等各种因素对贴片区应变的影响,为优化设计提供了依据。
This paper,the simplified and objective finite element model is built of an elasmoter and its relevance parts of double-shear beam load cell by finite element method,using kinds of contact elements.The infulunce of different structure parameters,different load on strains is studied.All these results provied the reliable basis for designing optimically and manufacturing accurately an elastic body.
