摘要
推导出了控制液位定量式灌装机的实际灌装时间与实际灌装量的理论计算公式。描述了实际灌装量随机误差的特性。针对实际存在的各种随机变量对实际灌装量的影响,提出基于灌装量随机误差的灌装精度概念以及灌装精度可靠度概念,并相应建立出灌装精度概率模型与灌装精度可靠度计算模型。
The factors in the influence for the errors of actual filling quantity were tow aspects.One was the liquid velocity in the mouth of filling valve.The other one was actual filling time.Four factors affected the liquid velocity,which included the coefficient of liquid velocity in the exit of filling valve;the section of pipe;the height of liquid surface in container and pressure difference.The primary factors in the influence for actual filling time were the height of bottle and the diameter in the mouth of bottle.The six parameters above-mentioned were random variables.The property of random errors of filling quantity was described.The concepts of filling accuracy and reliability based on random errors of actual filling quantity,were proposed.It considered the influence for some random variables upon actual filling quantity.The probabhilistic models to filling accuracy and reliability wdere estalished .Meanwhile,the formulas for actual filling time and filling quantity of filler fixed quantity by container were established.
