摘要 确定极限进给量切削时大型数控龙门镗铣床立柱端面的作用力是开展该类机床立柱结构强度及刚度校验的必要前提。本文着重介绍某大型数控镗铣床主轴处于横梁端部位置并以极限进给量切削时立柱端面的作用力之计算方法。本文所涉内容对同类型机床的立柱等大件结构的设计。 Determination of forces exerted upon the end plane of the column of the large-duty NC plano milling and boring machine during cutting at the limit feed, is an essential prerequisite for undertaking strength and rigidity checks of the column This article emphatically introduces the method for calculating forces exerted upon the end plane of the column of a large-duty NC plano milling and boring machine when the spindle positioned to an end of the beam is cutting by the limit feed Contents involved in this article have actual reference value for design and strength and rigidity checks of columns and other large-scale structural components of the same type of machines
