摘要
针对电火花加工工艺的特点 ,分析了其智能决策系统应具有的特点 ,进而构筑了具有自学习功能的电火花加工工艺智能决策系统的结构 ,详细分析了系统中各模块的功能及相互间的关系。该系统利用多种智能技术来提高电火花加工工艺设计的决策水平 ,并通过学习机制解决知识获取的瓶颈问题。该系统解决问题的能力将在重复使用过程中不断提高。
According to the technological characters, the characters of the intelligent system for technology decision making in EDM are analyzed in this paper, furthermore, systematic structure with self learning of the intelligent system for technology decision making in EDM is constructed and function of every module and relationship among them are analyzed in details. Multi intelligence techniques are applied in the system to raise the level of technology decision making in EDM, and the bottleneck of knowledge acquirement is settled with learning mechanism. The ability to solve problem will constantly improve after system running repeatedly.
