摘要
结合重钢中板厂的生产实践 ,分析了工艺参数对钢板表面颜色的影响 ,指出钢板表面呈红色并不影响其性能 ,但为满足客户对黑色钢板表面的要求 。
Combining the production practice of Plate Plant of Chongqing Iron and Steel Co.,the hot rolling parameters effect on the surface color of plate were analyzed. Although the surface red color has no effect on mechanical performance of plate, to meet the demand of customer,some control measures were put forward to produce black surface color of plate.
