摘要
用机械合金化的方法,通过球磨过程中的吸氢反应,将镁粉、镍粉、铜粉和氯化铬制备成纳米复合物.该纳米复合物具有较好的储氢性能,充氢容量大,充放氢速度快,放氢温度较低.揭示了其快速吸氢的原因,并首次提出了“引燃”的概念,初步研究了充氢过程中出现的引燃现象与温度及球磨时间的关系.上述复合物一般在200℃发生明显的引燃,其温度在几秒中内迅速升高到360~400℃,吸氢量也很快达到重量比5.6%,吸氢过程很快完成.
The nanocomposite Mg-Ni-Cu-CrCl 3 was prepared by ball milling process under hydrogen pressure.The nanocompos ite has remarkable kinetics in hydriding/dehydriding process and has relative lo w temperature of hydrogenation.The reasons for the fast kinetics of hydriding p rocess have been discussed and a concept of 'ignition' has been suggested.The relationship between 'ignition' and temperature and ball milling time has bee n studied.Generally,the 'ignition' process takes place at200℃.If it occu rs,the temperature of the samples will be raised to370~420℃with in seve ral seconds,the sample s will rapidly absorb hydrogen to5.6%,and the hydri ding process will finish in a short time.
