摘要
氧化铁皮缺陷是影响热轧带钢表面质量的重要因素之一。利用电子探针探测了基体不含Cr的热轧带钢在精轧区产生的表面氧化铁皮缺陷处的化学成分 ,根据其中Cr含量的变化规律 ,分析了缺陷的成因。并结合宝钢 2 0 5 0mm热轧机组情况 。
The scale defect is an important influence factor on surface quality of hot rolled strip.The chemical composition of strip where produced scale was inspected by electronic probe.The formation causes of scale were analyzed based on the Cr distribution.At last, combining with the specific condition of 2050mm hot rolling mill of Baosteel, the prevention measures for scale defect were put forward.
