文章论述了科研机构实施企业化改革 ,可使科技系统实现功能和目标转变 ,解决我国科技与经济脱节问题。
This paper discusses that practicing the reform for scientific research institutions can make the sci-tech system realize the transformation of functions and targets, solving the problem of discrepancy between sci-tech and economy in China.
