摘要
中医药理论一直指导着传统中药的研制、生产和使用。本文从道地药材、中药的炮制。配伍规律组方原理、中药制剂、中医“证”的动物模型、辨证用药与中药评价等方面,阐述了最具中医药特色的传统技术的现代研究进展。提出了中药的现代化要加强对中药传统技术的整理、研究与保护,本文强调中药应该有自己的研究方法和与之相应的评价方法切中要害,本文归结的建立我国中药知识产权保护体系亦有不少新观点。
The theories of traditional Chinese medical science have always guided the study, preparation, production and application of traditional Chinese medicine. This article expounds the progress of the study by modern ways and means of the traditional techniques with genuine characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine from such aspects as of genuine medical plants, the processing, the principles of compatibility and formulating prescription, the preparations, the animal model of syndromes, the dialectical application and the evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine, and proposes that in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine the sorting out, study and protection of its traditional techniques should be strengthened. That the article emphasizes that traditional Chinese medicine should have its own research and evaluation methods strikes home and it also presents a lot of new viewpoints in the establishment of the system for the protection of intellectual property right of the tradiational Chinese medicine in China.
