摘要
为了分析研究橡胶元件减振隔振的机理 ,在线性假设的前提下 ,用复刚度表示悬架弹性元件的刚度 ,在车身车轮双质量 1/ 4车振动模型的基础上建立了考虑悬架系统中的橡胶弹性支承元件影响的 1/ 4车振动模型 ,并利用该模型详细论述了橡胶元件对悬架振动传递特性的总体影响 ,指出其能减小车身部分固有频率附近的传递系数 ,增大车轮部分固有频率附近的传递系数 ,明显改善高频段的隔振性能。
A new model of a quarter of a vehicle,including the elastomeric elements in its suspension system is used to analyze the effect of each element on the vibration transmissibi- lity of the system.Analytical results show that the overall effects of the elastomeric elements are:① reducing the transmissibility around the vehicle body natural frequency;② increasing the transmissibility around the vehicle wheel natural frequency;and ③ decidedly improving the vibration isolation at the range of high frequency.
