摘要
在分析了目前光学字符识别技术发展及应用的基础上 ,给出了一种基于表格的手写体字符识别解决方案 .该方案包括图像预处理、特征提取和分类器等三个关键的处理过程 .然后 ,重点研究了利用神经网络构建分类器的技术和神经网络应用的两个阶段 .
On the basis of analysis of development and application for the script character recognition technology now. This paper proposes a scheme for the script character recognition technology based on the form. This scheme include three process of disposal such as image pretreatment, feature extracting, classifying. then, the technology of constructing a classifier using a neural net and tow phases of the neural nets application are emphatically researched. Finally, summarizing this papers research work.
