褐藻多糖铈配合物对质粒DNA及牛血清白蛋白的裂解作用 被引量:18

摘要 以褐藻糖胶、褐藻酸及褐藻淀粉为配体 ,分别与四价的铈 (Ce4 + )结合 ,形成了水溶性的褐藻多糖铈配合物。在生理中性条件下 ,它们对牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)均有一定的裂解作用 ,但对质粒DNA(PlasmideDNA)仅有褐藻淀粉铈配合物有非常明显的裂解作用。 The remarkable catalytic activity of Ce 4+ for the cleavage DNA and peptides was discovered recently. Cerium ion readily from metal hydroxide transfers to colloidal form at physiological pH, however, such the form gets difficulty and restriction in applying to biology. The complexes are of homogeneity at pH 7.0 and cleavage activity can be obtained by coordinating cerium with alginic polysaccharides. Complexes of alginic acid, fucoidan and luminarin with cerium ion were prepared respectively. The complexes with Ce 4+ cleaves bovine serum albumin at pH 7.0 and 37 ℃ . The complex made from laminarin and Ce 4+ cleaves plasmid DNA at pH 7.0 and 37 ℃, and after 90 min about 60% plasmid DNA may be cleaved.
