氨合成触媒同平面温差大的原因分析及生产控制

摘要 在触媒升温还原和轻负荷生产期间 ,CO和 CO2 长时间超标导致触媒中毒 ,活性永久性衰退 ,同平面温差拉大。在采取了必要的措施后 ,触媒使用了两年 。 During the catalyst reduction through temperature increase and the semi-load operation of the ammonia synthesizing system,the catalyst is poisoned by the long-term excessive CO and CO 2,which makes the activity of the catalyst degenerate permanently and the temperature difference of the same-levelled catalyst enlarge and the full load productio of the system be difficult.After the necessary measures being taken,the catalyst has been used for another two years and its use ratio still remains high.
