摘要
本研究针对三聚氰胺洗涤塔的液体 ,开发设计了一种新型高效的除雾设备——直流降膜式旋风除雾器。通过实验测定了其压降、除雾效果及液膜在器壁上的成膜情况 ,结果表明该除雾器具有压降低、除雾效率高。
A new type down flow cyclone separator is developed for removing mist from gas. The pressure, separation efficiency and the picture of liquid film on wall are experimentally determined. It has advantages of simpler structure, higher effective separation, lower pressure drop. The industrial scale-up is carried out and good results are obtained. New type down flow cyclone separator can be further popularized application as a high effciency new type separator.
