摘要
探讨了一步法生产次磷酸钠的方法 ,可间歇生产 ,也可连续生产 ,并将有毒的副产物PH3转变成目的产品次磷酸钠。最佳反应条件 :反应温度 70℃ ;黄磷、氢氧化钠和过氧化氢的摩尔比为 2∶2∶1 ;反应时间为 5h。此法可将产物收率从两步法的 30 %提高到 71 %以上。通过反应动力学研究可知 ,一步法生产次磷酸钠的总反应为一级反应 ,反应速率常数为 :k =1 1 1 51 9exp(- 4 0 697.3/RT) 。
A process for producing sodium hypophosphit e with ONE-STEP method was discussed.This may be done in a batch or continuous typ e process.And the highly toxic by-product PH 3 is converted to a useful product ,sodium hypophosphite.The experiment results show that the optimum experimental conditions are as following:the reaction temperature 70 ℃;the phosphorus,alkal i met al hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide are used in a molar ratio of 2∶2∶1;the rea ction time 5 h.Under above conditions the yield of the product can increase fr om 30% to more than 70%,and PH 3 can be utilized well.According to the experime ntal data the equation of the reaction rate constant was abtained as k= 111 519 exp(-40 697.3/R T).
