摘要
目的 阐述包络分析方法及其在设备故障诊断中的应用及展望 .方法 归纳总结了常用包络分析方法以及基于包络的特征分析方法 ,建立了基于包络分析的故障诊断系统 .结果与结论 通过实际使用 ,对于具有调制现象和冲击现象的设备故障诊断 。
Aim To show the methods of envelopment analysis and to prospect application in the fault diagnosis. Methods The envelopment methods and the characteristic analysis methods based on the envelopment have been summarized, and the diagnosis system based on the envelopment has been built. Results and Conclusion Envelopment analysis has obvious significance for the equipment fault diagnosis with modulation and vibration in the practice application.
