摘要
雷达操纵员36人,年龄18~22岁。分为6组,摄取维生素A剂量分别为827,2327,3827,5327,6813和9813IU/d。以血清维生素A含量,相对剂量反应(RDR)和暗适应功能(暗适应恢复时间和绝对阈值)检查为指标,在严格膳食控制下,进行了60天实验。RDR为检测肝脏维生素A储存量的新方法,实验第60天测定结果,发现组Ⅳ(5327IU)RDR下降至18.4%,血清维生素A上升至37μg%,同时暗适应功能有很大改善,故我们建议雷达操纵员维生素A需要量为5300IU,供给量为6400IU。
Thirty-six radar operators between 18-22 of age were divided into 6 groups, and the vitamin A intake was 827, 2327, 3827, 5327, 6813 and 9813 IU/day respectively. The serum retinol, relative dose response (RDR) and dark adaptation function (dark adaptation time, absolute threshold) were determined. We found that RDR fell to 18.4%, serum retinol raised to 37.0 ug% and also dark adaptation gave much improvement in group IV at the end of 60-day period. So we suggested that the vitamin A requirement of radar operator should be 5300 IU, and RDA 6400 IU.
