摘要
本文在分析外国对华反倾销特征的基础上,剖析了外国对华实施大规模反倾销的动因,并进一步提出我国的具体应对策略。
Based on its main characteristics,t he paper analyzes the motivations an d reasons of anti -dumping to Chinese goods by foreign countries o n great scale.It concludes with suggestion of specific countermeasures that China should take to address the issu e.
