摘要
越来越多的企业,把加快新产品开发和投产上市的速度作为创新成败的关键,然而创新速度并不是决定商业成功的唯一因素。通过建立数学模型,分析产品创新速度与产品性能之间的关系,找寻企业产品创新的最佳周期和最佳性能水平。
Time-to-market decisions clearly play an important role in determining the ultimate success and failure of a new product. However, speed to market is not the sole determinant of success. This article discusses the relationship between product development time and costs and formulates a mathematical model to identify the optimal entry timing and product performance decisions.
