本文阐述了我国高校科技成果知识产权保护的重要性和迫切性,对其工作的现状和存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的措施和政策。
This paper states the significance and urgency of the intellective property right production of scientific and technological achievements in universities.The authors analyse its present situation and existing problems,and put forward some corresponding countermeasures.
