摘要
本文分析知识与劳动的关系、知识型劳动、知识型劳动过程与对象的特点 ,提出一种新的知识型劳动的度量方法 ,并以工程设计劳动为例 。
In this dissertation, the relationships between knowledge and work, knowledge work, and the characteristics of knowledge work processes and objects are analyzed, and then a new measuring approach of knowledge work is presented. As an application of the approach, an engineering design work measuring analysis is made.
