摘要
在分析人员流动中知识产权流失的基础上 ,提出了三条行之有效的保护措施 :1强化专利意识是防止人员流动造成知识产权流失的“矛与盾”;2提倡竞业精神是防止由人员流动带走商业秘密的重要措施 ;3主动诉讼 ,寻求司法保护。
After analyzing the lost of intelligent property right in personnel flowage,it puts forward three effective protection measures:1) strengthen the sense of patent is an important tool for preventing the lost of intelligent property right from the personnel flowage;2) advocate push and go spirit is an important measure for preventing lost of commercial secret from the personnel flowage;3) take active action on lawsuit and look for law protection.
