摘要
对科技成果成熟度的现有定义 ,是认为可以立即生产则完全成熟 ,即这样的科技成果成熟度TAM =1,本文从市场经济的角度出发 ,认为营销成功直至取得商业效益的科技成果才是成熟的 ,成熟度包括技术成熟度和商业成熟度 ;对科技成果成熟度的计算 ,有三要素算法和两要素算法 ,本文对这两种算法的成立条件进行了分析 ,在提出了算法成立的假设前提的同时对算法的有效性进行了分析。
The exiting definition of technology achievement maturity degree(TAM) deems that a technology is fully mature if it is producibility, in this paper, in view of the motivity of technology achievement transformation, I consider the marketing and business success of a technique. My conclusion is that a technique is fully mature when it can make commercial benefit. maturity degree of technology achievement includes business maturity degree of technology achievement and technological maturity degree of technology achievement. There are two formulas about maturity degree of technology achievement, in this paper I discuss the precondition of the two formulas.
