摘要
本文先分析了生物技术产业的特点 ,指出了风险资本 (VC)进入该产业的途径 ,并根据我国生物技术产业和风险投资的发展现状 。
This paper analyzes the feature of the biotech industry, points out the way for venture capital(VC)'s entry to this industry, then states a view about making VC system to promote our country's biotech industry on the basis of today's enviroments for biotech and VC.
