摘要
青年教师是高等教育发展的生力军,建立一支素质高、结构合理、相对稳定的青年教师队伍不仅是学校教学科研工作顺利开展的重要保证,更是高校未来发展的必备条件.文章紧密结合教育学院的办学性质和特点,就如何稳定师资队伍、加强队伍建设提出了一些新思想和新思路.
Young teachers are the vital new force for the development of higher education. To build a contingent of young teachers with high quality, reasonable structure, and relative stability is not only one of guarantees for the smoothly running teaching and research activities, but also one of the prerequisites for the future development of higher education. This article, closely related to the nature and characteristics of education institutes, puts forward some new ideas and thoughts on how to stabilize the contingent of teachers and how to enhance its construction.
