摘要
本文从常温至1400℃范围内,通过对 ZTA 材料中 t-ZrO_2含量(V_t)、相变自由能变化值(ΔG^c)和弹性模量(E_c)随温度及 ZrO_2含量变化关系的研究,深入探讨了 ZrO_2 相变对 ZTA 高温强度影响的机制。结果表明:运用 V_t,ΔG^c 和 E_c 这三个宏观参量,比较圆满地解释高温条件下,ZrO_2相变效应对 ZTA 强度的影响。
The effect of teragonal-monoclinic phase transformation of zirconiaon high-tempeature strength of ZTA ceramics has been extensively investigated.The dependences of t-ZrO_2 content V_t,transformation free energy change ΔG^cand Young's modulus E_c on temperature and ZrO_2 content,in temperature rangeof RT—1400℃ are determined.Experiments Results show that the effect ofZrO_2 phase trasformation on the high temperature strength can be satisfactorilyinterpreted with three macro-parameters V_t,ΔG^C,and E_c.
