摘要
目的:观察复方中药861对胆管阻塞性肝纤维化模型的影响。方法:动物模型为胆管阻塞性肝纤维化模型。以复方861喂服大鼠后分别观察血清生化、纤维化指标,肝组织羟脯氨酸含量,观察肝脏组织学变化。结果:经中药861治疗后,血清纤维化指标下降,肝组织总胶原含量下降,病理增生的胆小管减少,纤维组织分布不连续,HSC明显减少,同时PCNA染色显示胆小管增生不明显,肝细胞增生活跃。结论:抗纤中药861的逆转肝纤维化的作用在非炎症性肝纤维化模型中又一次得到证实。
Objective: Using bile duct occlusive fibrosis model to investigate the effect of Cpd 861. Methods: After Cpd 861 treatment, the serum biochemical and fibrosis markers, hepatic tissue collagen content and histological were determined. Results: Cpd 861 which effectively decrease liver fibrosis on other models, was also effective on this model. After the treatment with Cpd 861. liver total collagen content was reduced significantly,and fibrous septa become discon-tinous and thinner. Proliferating activity of hepatocyte was increased,while proliferating activity of HSC and bile ductules were decreased. Conclusion: Cpd 861 cluld inhibit the proliferation of bile ductules and HSC and stimulate proliferation of hepatocyte.
