摘要
目的 比较两种方法复制大鼠急性胰腺炎动物模型。方法 常规切开十二指肠降部直视下寻找胆胰管开口穿刺 ;和直接经十二指肠降部逆行胆胰管穿刺法复制急性胰腺炎模型。观察手术时间、1 2h后大鼠存活率、循环血容量、胃十二指肠大体改变。结果 经十二指肠穿刺和切开穿刺组复制急性胰腺炎大鼠 1 2h生存率分别为93 % (1 4 / 1 5) ,67% (1 0 / 1 5) ,P <0 .0 5 ;循环血容量 (6 .7± 0 .8)ml,(4.9± 0 .7)ml,P <0 .0 1 ;手术时间 (1 9± 3)min ,(2 5± 4)min ,P <0 .0 1 ;穿刺组十二脂肠壁轻度充血 ,肠管切开未见明显凝血块 ,胃无明显扩张 ,切开组十二指肠高度充血水肿 ,肠内有凝血块存在 ,同时伴有胃明显扩张 ,提示十二指肠狭窄。结论 经十二指肠壁胆胰管逆行穿刺复制急性胰腺炎方法明显优于切开法。
Objective To compare the two methods of duplicating the rats models for acute pancreatitis.Methods 30 rats were randomly divided into section group(n=15) and retro pancreatobiliary ducts puncture group(n=15).Survive rates,blood volume in circulation,gross alteration of gastro duodenum after 12 hours and operation duration were determined.Results Survival rates,blood volume in circulation were significantly higher in the puncture group than that in the puncture after section group,otherwise the operation time was lower and the gross form alternation showed the obvious duodenal stenosis in the section group.Conclusion The method of retro pancreatobiliary ducts puncture without section is superior to the method of retro pancreatobiliary ducts puncture after section.
