摘要
随着我国教育体制改革的全面深入 ,实施素质教育的呼声日趋高涨。作为社会主义现代化建设的接班人、社会生活中文化层次较高的大学生 ,肩负着历史重任。然而 ,发生在大学生群体中的违法犯罪现象有所突出 ,已成为不容回避的现实 ,故在全面推进素质教育的同时 ,对当代大学生进行法律素质教育更显得有现实意义。本文仅对当代大学生的法律素质教育问题作一些探讨。
With the furthur development of our country's educational system reform, the requirement of competence education has become more and more urgent. As suceessors and literate groups in our social cultural life, college graduates are shouldering the histeric respensilility of our country. However, criminal cases and law blreaking behaviours occuring among them are more serious, which has become an inevitable fact. Therefore, at the same time of competence education, to promote law quality education in college students is particularly important.This article merely discusses some problems on law quality of comtemporary college students.
